Kundalini yoga and the military
People in the military are common human beings.
They also experience moments when they need to replenish their internal resources. But it is barely impossible on the front line, because most sources of energy recovery are simply unavailable (good sleep, balanced nutrition, work and rest schedule, etc…).
🧘We decided to try Kundalini yoga, which gives quick and stable results of mental and body recovery. From the very first classes, our guys notice an improvement in both their physical and emotional state.
Kundalini yoga is effective in dealing with stress, nervous disorders and PTSD and is now being actively used in rehabilitation centers for the military people!
